Can we bring in our own suppliers?
Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own suppliers, or use one of our recommended suppliers.
Can we get married at Winchester House?
Yes, we have a wedding licence for you to get married in the Ballroom or the Reading room.
Can we have a band / DJ?
Yes, you can have a band until 11pm and DJ until midnight (only on Fridays and Saturdays).
Can we decorate?
Yes, you are welcome to decorate the space. Speak to us about any ideas that you might have.
Can we bring in our own alcohol?
Yes, you are welcome to bring in unlimited still wine and/or sparkling wine, alternatively you are welcome to purchase still and sparkling wine from us.
Do you have a caterer and other suppliers for us to use?
Yes, we have a full list to help guide you while planning your event.
Can we have pictures in the gardens?
Yes, you are welcome to have group and couple pictures in the front and back garden.
Can we have confetti?
Yes, you can have dried and biodegradable flowers. As we are by the river we insist that we are environmentally friendly.
Does the hire come with an event coordinator to help plan our event?
Yes, the hire of the venue comes with an event coordinator to help organise and run your event.
Can we have candles?
Yes, however they need to be in a holder/ lantern.
Is there a minimum spend at the bar?
No.
Do you have parking?
Unfortunately, there is no parking on site, however there is parking on the side streets.
